OCTOBER IS AUSTRALIA’S WALKING MONTH
Welcome to Walktober – Australia’s largest community walking event. After our coldest winter in years, we are excited to welcome back Spring and are planning some great walks to get out in our warm Australian sun. Walking can be done at any pace and any age. It re-energises, gets our bodies moving and blood pumping, and makes us happier to be alive.

It’s easy to get started. Decide on your target – it could be how far you’ll walk each week, or how long you’ll walk for each day – and if you’re entering as an individual or a team.
